a. Log into your Mex Club account via a desktop computer

b. On the left you will see “I have Lost My Card!”, click on this section

c. Type in your new Mexi number – it will begin with SMC

d. Type in your verification code (if you have a Zero, make sure you don’t put in the letter “O”)

e. Enter your email address and Mex Club password and click save

f. Open your email and click on the link that would have been sent to you

g. Your Mex Club account should now show you a message saying “Transfer completed”
